A Bit About Me

Life can be hard, we can all benefit from some help! 

​

I fell in love with the field of psychology in high school and it has become my passion to help others improve their lives and deepen their self-understanding. I primarily work from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) model, working to change individual's relationships with their thoughts and feelings while engaging in both values exploration and behavior change processes. In addition to ACT, I also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of trauma. Life comes with painful difficulties, and I can provide you with the tools that can help you cope. Through my work with clients, I've had the privilege of working alongside motivated individuals to move towards a life of deeper meaning and vitality.

After practicing ACT for a few years, I became motivated to create a comprehensive workbook to make the skills more accessible and tangible, and ACT Your Way to the Life You Love was born. My hope is to write more books to continue to apply these skills more deeply within different aspects of our lives.
